平台对供应商的核验限于：营业执照等主体资格文件的形式核验、联系方式真实性核验、所填信息的一致性核对。
重要：上述核验不等同于工厂实地审核、产品质量认证、持续质量保证或信用担保。平台不以此名义作出超出核验范围的承诺。
核验结论具有时效性，平台将按标注的核验日期定期复核。超过有效期未完成复核的，平台可暂停或下架相关展示。
供应商对其展示信息的真实性、合法性及所供产品与服务承担全部责任。平台不对交易结果、质量、交期或付款安全作出保证。
1. Listing conditions. Valid business licence or equivalent entity proof; verifiable premises and contact details; truthful product information with key fields completed (specification, MOQ, capacity, lead time, Incoterm).
2. Scope of "verified". Verification covers formal checks of entity documents, contact authenticity and consistency of submitted information. It is not a factory audit, product certification, ongoing quality assurance or credit guarantee.
3. Validity. Verification is time-limited and re-checked at the stated verification date. Listings not re-verified may be suspended or removed.
4. Delisting. False materials; substantiated complaints; lost or revoked entity status; breach of this policy or applicable law.
5. Responsibility. The supplier is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of its listings and for its products and services. The platform guarantees no transaction outcome, quality, lead time or payment security.
